I just had to chime in! I am an absolute dog lover and own 2 furchildren. Although i would never imagine giving my dogs up, To pinkprincess, i APPLAUD you for your honesty. If you do NOT think you can be responsible for the dog, please re-home the dog to a loving family who has the capacity and time to take care of the dog. I ask you maybe go back to the breeder, or maybe have the dog go to a no-kill shelter, a rescue organization and please take the responsbility to assure the dog is going to a good home. And don't listen to the mean comments on here. I've seen so many dog owners who SHOULDN'T own pets (just like they shouldn't be having children too!!). It drives me crazy when i see families who have dogs and they just leave them locked in a garage ALL day long because everyone is too busy for the dog. I'd rather see the dog go to a happy home than be miserable. And these families are in denial that they don't treat their pets horribly. We shouldn't chastise people for admitting fault and wanting to fix their errors.
