Anyone in Chelsea?

I wrote a post around Christmas time about possibly moving to the Ann Arbor area. Everyone here was so nice in answering my questions - Thank you!

We just put an offer in on a house in Chelsea. Anyone here from that area? Most of our house hunt has been Dexter/Chelsea and I think between the two I might favor Dexter more, but when you find the house, you find the house - right?

I don't live in Chelsea but I used to work there, and it's a very nice place to live.  It has a great little downtown area and a small-town feel, but it's not too far from A2.   The only thing about that type of town is that a lot of people know your business!   That's the only really negative thing I can think to say.  It's a great neighborhood with great schools, too.

I live in Ann Arbor, and Chelsea is just a short trip away.  I love downtown.  They have some amazing resturants and pubs, cute small town feel.  Plus you're super close to AA so if you need to get away for shopping it very easy
