Can anyone recommend a prenatal yoga video that they like? I've done very little yoga in my life, but my whole body aches and I'm thinking some yoga might help. TIA!
I really like prenatal yoga with Shiva Rea dvd (I think it's by Gaiam, got it at Target). It is more about stretching and strengthening than getting a great work out.

This is the one I recently purchased and I think it's probably the same one referred to above. It's not overly hard by any means. It is 70 minutes long but is broken up into segments so you can easily just do 15 minutes a day. I think it would be good for yoga beginners. I wouldn't recommend it for someone wanting an intense yoga workout.

I was going to recommend Shiva Rea as well. I am a yoga teacher and did my training with Shiva. She is an incredible teacher and is really clear in instruction. Enjoy & namaste........

I like the 3-step Pilates/Yoga/Strength training. It works you out, but makes you feel sooooo good afterwards.

I love this dvd, but it may be from a different perspective since I've done yoga for quite a few years.
