Newbie with Charting/CM Question

Curious if anyone has any ideas.  Nothing seems to be advancing with my CM but CBEFM and temps all seem to be looking like I am going to O in the next day or so.  Is this unusual/usual? Just curious if anyone can take a look at my chart and see if anything looks off.  Thus far I am doing what everyone on the boards and FF has advised and keeping up with BDing at this time (every other day) so as not to miss an opportunity.

TIA!

Re: Newbie with Charting/CM Question

  • Not everyone sees real definite changes in their CM.
  • Looks like you're on track.  Is this is your first cycle with CBEFM?  If so, you will get High readings early on...at least I did.  You may be another week away from O.  So keep on with what you're doing and try not to stress too much about it.

If you want to "help" your CM, make sure you're drinking enough water (at least 100 oz./day), and you can add 1-2 cups of Green Tea until O.  I have also heard that eating grapefruit or drinking its juice can help,  but I dunno about that and it could make your CM more acidic.  I would go with more water and maybe Green Tea and then wait and see.  GL!

  • Thanks for the encouragement.  Its great to know what someone else experienced with CBEFM.  Good news is that I returned from a business trip very early this morning and got a PEAK result on CBEFM.  DH was looking forward to coming home a bit early today I think! I am going to definitely increase my water and try the green tea.

    This, yup!

  • For me, every month is different.  Sometimes I see obvious EWCM, other times hardly any.  Also, I had the opposite experience to married2mr, my first month using the CBEFM, it only gave me one high day.

  • Green tea and Robitussin with Guaifenesin only may help with CM.  GL!
