Uh, no. I was busy trying to hide my c-cups at that age. And honestly, I really doubt that you can think that is ok, even at a very stupid age like 14, without having had some sort of molestation happen to you.

Have you seen 14 yo. these days? I teach 9th grade, and half the girls who come through my door are more developed than I am at 32! And their clothes, makeup, and hair only make it worse. Too many parents figure their kids are "grown" by then, so they just let them do what they want.
