Fabrics for unpaper towels and napkins

I am about to make som cloth napkins, unpaper towels, and produce bags and am wondering what fabrics you like best for the napkins and towels?  Also, what other sewing projects will help us become more eco friendly (I already make cloth diapers).  I am thinking of making some reusable sandwich and snack bags too.

My family adores our minkee cloth napkins.  Plain microfiber towels from the restaurant supply section of the Costco Business Center are fantastic for unpaper towels.
