Where can I find 2 T white under Tshirts for ds?

I checked Target, Carters, gymboree, and can't remember the other store i checked out at the outlet mall and did not find at all.  I"m looking for the white under t shirts not onsies for my ds who is almost two.

My dh found some at osh kosh but they are two in a pack for $8 , that seems like alot to me but not sure since I can't find them anywhere.

Is this alot for two t shirts. The tag says originally 14 but on sale for 8.

Where else can I find 2t  tshirts?
