Hi there! After lurking for several weeks I thought I'd better officially introduce myself and start coming out of the shadows. Wink

My name is Kimi, currently live in northern UT, I'm 35 dh is 37 and we've been ttc since 1/07 (not preventing since 1/06). Was dx'd with PCOS in 95, dh has super-sperm- no issues there... I had 1 chem and 2 first tri m/c's with my ex and one chem with dh. The last three months have been unmedicated while I lose some weight (down 34lbs now!) but this cycle we were put back on Femara so I am feeling optimistic!

We have two unbelievably spoiled cats- Loki and Freya, I own a business designing and selling coins, pendants and pins, we *love* geocaching, spend most weekends playing with the SCA... (I like long walks on the beach and candlelight dinners... Stick out tongue) Sorry, started to feel like eHarmony there for a minute!

Anyway, I've previously been on TTCAL but was starting to feel *very* old surrounded by 23 yr olds who concieved on the first try so I started lurking here and have really enjoyed getting to *know* all of you.

    Welcome to the board.  I am so sorry for your losses...you seem to have a very positive attitude though.  Congrats on the weight loss...that's awesome!  I am right there too...down 22 lbs and more to go.  I don't have PCOS and am quite regular, but I also know the risks of being overweight and PG.  Even if I lose all that I want to I will still be overweight, but I know I will be better off than I am now.

    Good luck!  This board is great...full of wise and supportive women.

    Thanks! 90% of the positive attitude is forced... I'm trying *reallly* hard to have a better attitude about TTC then I have in past cycles, hopefully it helps!

    I love your siggy pic- we went to Kona in 07 and really fell in love with it. Someday when we're rich instead of beautiful we are totally gonna retire there!

    Welcome. This is a great board and no one hear will make you feel like you are an oldtimer.  I'm sorry for all the losses you've had, has your doctor comeup with a reason for them. Congrats on the weight loss. That is fantastic.

     I am Amanda (34, turning 35 shortly), DH is 35 TTC#1 together, I have a DD who is 11 years old from a previous relationship!

    ::waves back::   I'm sorry for your losses. But I think you'll find this board full of support, we may be considered AMA for babies but from what I can tell we are all young at heart.  Welcome ! I'm glad you came out of the shadows.

    Both dh and I were on there, but were never matched with each other! We met on MySpace. Embarrassed

    41, DH is 43 (we met on E-Harmony also)  TTC cycle #2 (since AF started back up after BCP)
