Store bought mayo is made with pasteurized eggs so yes, it's safe. Fancy restaurants, however, may make their own mayonnaise and probably do have raw egg in it. This also goes for dressing such as ceasar.
Please tell us you were really joking when you made this post...
Google- mayonnaise safe while pregnant. You only will see responses saying that it is not safe. I couldn't remember if I ate it during my last pregnancy but I thought I may not have. Same with Ceaser and ranch dressing.
Mayo is made with egg yolks white pepper and a ton of oil, yes it is raw egg yolk. Im a chef I make it all the time. However, its very unlikely to get salmonella from eggs as you would from raw chicken and is safe to have while pregnant ( from my OBGYN I asked today since Thanksgiving is in a few days and we always have deviled eggs with mustard and mayo mixed in). A full batch of homemade mayo is made from 2 LT of oil in a way the oil cures/cooks the eggs just as you can get cured meats like ham or bacon or confit which is to "cook itself in oil/fat". I would recommend buying rather than making it obviously there are some sort of preservatives in it to have a long shelf life before it is opened and refrigerated but if you are really unsure I'd ask your DR about it just give him a call.
I'm just saying but I'm sure any doctor is smarter than a google search and can tell you for sure if you're really concerned. I had serious mayo cravings through my first pregnancy and my 2 year old is a genius with a super immune system AND she has all of her limbs and appendages. I am pregger again and having the same cravings. Not worried at all. I would just aim for the low fat or my personal choice with olive oil and try and moderate your intake because you don't want to gain too much weight (just what the dr. recommends) I also ate an entire package of hot dogs straight out of the fridge in my first pregnancy (not one of my proudest moments) and I had a normal pregnancy and delivery. P.S. I highly doubt the FDA would approve the use of raw eggs without a serious warning label.

I am super impressed that someone was able to find this. Did you google "the bump can you eat mayo?" on the off chance someone would have answered your question in the last five years?
