DD has had a fever for 5 days

She just can not shake whatever it is she has. ?She is sleeping a ton and barely eating at all. ?As of Friday night, she is also coughing all the time. I am beyond frustrated. ?The pedi says it's a virus, but since I have so many things going on (bronchitis, tonsillitis, ear infection and sinus infection) he started her on an antiobiotic too. ?I am sure she has bonchitis, she sounds just like I do when she coughs. ?The sleeping is really freaking me out though, it's very unlike her.?

    That sucks.  I would take her back to the Ped for sure.  Especially given that you have some super contagious stuff going on, yourself.

    how high is the fever?  If its continuously over 103 I would definitely call.  Fevers makes kids sleep and thats probably what she needs the most right now.

    I'm sorry y'all are dealing with this...its very frustrating and I hope she feels better soon!
