And to clear it up, the people that don't like Red are generally not liked by her either.  Which is probably why they don't like her.  Ha ha.

I believe it's mostly the "rules" that they have come up with that a lot of people have a problem with as well. Mostly from what I've been told/read/heard, most ladies think it is unfair that they get slammed for the "it's a ..." posts, yet they all hyped up the ultrasound results of the others. Just little things like that. I really have no problem with them individually, and agree that some of the postings are hilarious, but people are just worried that the board will be taken over like 2nd tri, and they will then have to worry about what they say for fear of being flamed. It's pretty calm over here, so that would be tragic.

Red didn't ask for all those people to start appreciating her design aesthetic. But she's kind enough to respond to those posts even though she comes here for entertainment, not for work.

And although you say you have nothing against her personally, you started a thread about her and used an angry emoticon. So nice backpedaling there.

Red was not the one who started the contempt towards "It's a...." posts.  Get your facts straight here.  Ang brought it up politely, and lots of folks jumped on board.

I fail to see how posting on the board/being outspoken = taking over a board.  No one 'takes over' a board.  Simple as that.

I'm not backpedaling at all.. it was meant to be a joke for the most part. I really don't give a crap, but take it how you want.  If it had been a different one that was closer, it would have been about that person. If you were around late at night, you'd have known it was a joke.

Eh...I wouldn't worry about it.  Like I said before, the people that DO have a problem with her and don't like her usually feel that way because she doesn't like them.  I can tell you she's in no rush to come in 3rd.....so if there is concern ya'll have plenty of time to work through that.  Ha ha.

Makes sense, that's usually how it goes ya know? I can tell ya, actually being in 3rd tri scared the hell out of me... so I know how she feels about not wanting to come over anytime soon.

I think people need to stop taking things so personally. It's almost always in good fun. Chill out, and take it for what it's worth, rather than singling out people, which makes you no better.
