LOs with helmets - Is changing clothes in the am and for bed a pain?

This just occured to me as we wait to get ours. I know they can have it off for 1 hour per day. Is 30 minutes in the AM and 30 minutes in the PM ok?

Any other advice you can offer me for the early days and anything else??

We do 30 min. in the morning and 30 in the late pm. Works great! Good luck. Let me know if you have any other Qs.
