Best night we've had since Elise has been home!!!

Maybe STTN is closer than I thought :):):)

I'm transitioning Elise to her crib and it's been a smooth transition. She already naps there. The tough part is having to go up and down the stairs several times each night. Last night I put her down at 7:00. She fussed for ~5 minutes and then didn't wake until 2:30am!!!!!!!! She barely woke up, but I was so?engorged?that I was more than happy to feed her! She woke again at 6:30, I fed her a bit and put her back into her crib where she's still sleeping now!

For you new moms, Elise is NOT the norm and I am sure your LOs will be sleeping longer stretches waaaay sooner than she has.

But hooray!!!! I feel so rested :)?

I hated going up and down the stairs at first, but damn - my butt and thighs haven't been this toned since college! ?You will appreciate it in a couple of months. =)?

  • Yay for ya'll!!!  I was going to say the same thing about James having a great night last night!  Of course we're not STTN, but we got him to bed by 11pm instead of 1:30am!  And then when he woke up to feed, he didn't fuss when I put him back down! Hooray!

  • Yay for such a good night!
  • That didn't last long. She went down ~6:30 and woke at 11:30... which *is* 5 hours... but doesn't give me much time to sleep. I fell asleep nursing her and woke again at 1:30 and got her to eat a little more. Then she woke again at 5am (or something like that.) And up for the day at 7:30.?

?One day she'll STTN. One day... .?
