Screaming children and the easter bunny

We took Madison to get her pictures with the easter bunny taken earlier.  There were toddlers ahead of us in line screaming because they were scared, trying everything they could to get away from this bunny.  The parents still made them get their pictures taken. 

Im sorry I wont pay $20+ for a picture of a terrified child.  Personally if my child is that scared of the bunny, santa, whatever costume, I am not going to make them do it.  I can see trying to get them to understand that its ok and they dont have to be scared but really?  Anyone else not see the point of forcing the screaming child into pictures?

Hell no! I won't force my child to do anything if he is that scared!

I wouldn't do it either. Why are all the bunnies so scary looking?!

no thanks. I think that some parents think it's funny to have that pic of DC screaming but it's terrifying to them. So sad... that and all the Easter Bunnies this year are so 'Donnie Darko' looking... it's extremely creepy!
