contractions???

does cramping always accompany contractions?  I keep getting this tightness over my belly but no cramping.  I'm 33 wks.  I had braxton hicks with DS but my entire belly would never get tight, only part of it.  I never got "full blown" contractions with DS either.  I'm trying to figure out if i should call my dr. or wait it out.  I'm at work, so laying down isn't an option, I am pushing the water though.

Sounds like Braxton Hicks. ?Mine gets tight all over and even crampy. ?My OB said as long as I'm not having more than 6 an hour not to worry about it.
