Introducing myself as the Babysitter

I am mostly on the nest boards because I don't have kids...yet. Me, My sister, SIL and her two kids all live in a cute little house together. I do babysit my SIL's 2 girls several times a week and would love lots of advice. My sister and I, have husbands with really crazy military schedules and so we decided to get a place together and be a support system for each other. My SIL is a new single mom trying to go to school and get on her feet again. So here we are, the hip golden girls! raising a 3 and a 4 yr old ha ha ha
