I feel fat ....

It's not my day today..... Ugh! I feel fat, ugly and moody! I hope this icky feeling won't last long. Wish me luck! ?

Re: I feel fat ....

  • I think we all get that way.  Bloat is an evil beast.  Go get your nails done... you will feel better Wink

  • You feel fat? That should last about another 34-ish weeks. And then some.
  • Confused Yeah... Good luck with that feeling.  It's going to be a long 34 more weeks for you...
  • Embrace the bloat while you have it. Real "fat" will come soon enough.

    Yes

    Good luck w/ being pregnant...

It won't last long. Only another 33-34 weeks. But then again, you already know that since you have a 3yr old...  Yes

  • In her defense I never felt fat at all once I was full blown pregnant.  But before I actually looked and felt pregnant, I didn't feel that pretty and I did feel fat.  Once I got my cute visible bump rocked I loved it!

Tomorrow I am in a photo shoot for my work and I don't fit in a single thing of mine.  I went to motherhood and the looked at me like I was an alien!  They were like, here is a bella-band... and I'm thinking gee, that won't help me button my size 3 sports jacket!  I finally got something at Target that will work in a bigger size, but this part for me is not the fun part of pregnancy.  No one IRL would think I was pregnant, they would just say: lay off the cheesecake!

Worrying about not fitting into my size 3 was never a part of my pregnancy. LOL

It doesn't matter what size... it just sucks when you are between clothes BUT not ready for maternity.   I have all these clothes that don't fit or are not ready to fit.

    ?

Many of us in 1st tri feel this way. ?You don't look pregnant to the rest of the world, you look like you started the Super Size diet. ?In addition to that you are in between your old clothes and maternity wear. ?It will get better. ?Your bump will come and you will be much more comfortable. ?At least that is what I hear and what I keep telling myself.?

  • I agree with all of you Ladies. I'm just havin' a bad day.... I know, I have a 3 year old already but I totally forgot how it felt then. Maybe because I didn't feel this way before. :(

With a little excercise and good diet that too can go away Wink

  • Gawd I know this feeling. Had an arguement with dh last weekend about it

Everything I tried on make me look SO much bigger!

dh: please wear that....you look so cute.

me: I look like I have a BIG roll

dh:  but you dont honey... your pregnant

me: you know that... i know that... everyone else just thinks I have a ROLL

Then I changed into all black.

  • My guess is this feeling won't soon go away for us Smile. Be of good cheer though, baby is on the way! And each day the wait is a little shorter....

Ok so totally mushy, but true, gotta look at the bright side!
