I really don't have any good April Fool's jokes...sorry to be boring.  Just got my RPL Panel results - everything is normal.  We have a consult with the RE in April to figure out our next steps.  I'm very disappointed that the tests didn't reveal anything.   We'll see what the doctor says and go from there!

Well my update is an interesting one.  We got a BFP yesterday after our last Hail Mary cycle before starting bcps for IVF #1.  My beta came back 158 at 13dpo.  We got back Thursday for a repeat.  Please keep us in your thoughts that it continues to double!

Best April Fools joke was one of mine.  Athough it makes me sound really mean.  It was DH and I's first April Fools dating.  I was 16 he was 18.  I called him and totally broke up with him.  Told him I didn't like him any more and I had a new boyfriend.  When he nearly started to cry I screamed "April Fools!!!".  I think he's still mad at me about that one...but it was oh so funny to me!

QOTD: My DH got me good one year w/an April Fool's joke.  Shortly after we were engaged, Oprah was doing a show on engaged couples and it was all over our local nest board and a few nesties were actually going to be on the show. I so badly wanted to be on too, so I submitted the online form and hoped I would get picked. Well, a couple of days later (april 1) I got a call from a guy who said he was calling from Harpo studios and that they got my application to be on the show and that they wanted to feature DH and I. He asked me a ton of questions and knew a lot about what I had written, so I got really excited. Then, at the end of the call, he said that he actually was wondering if we would be on a special show that was on April first. At first I was like, okay, and then I was like, wait, today is April first, then it hit me...DH started laughing and I got soooo mad! Turns out he got his friend Jeff (who did a great job btw) to call and pretend he was from Oprah. Ugh, I was so disappointed after that. But I will say he got me good!

Still waiting for AF to show up. I'm really only on cd18, so I have a ways to go. Just had to fork over a ton of money to pay for the menopur and ganirelix that we'll need for our next cycle. Luckily, my RE isn't making me do bcp's and as soon as AF gets here we can start stimming!

Update - I started stims on Saturday, a week earlier then I expected. ER/ET should be next week now!

QOTD - I normally am not big into April fools, I never did an intentional joke but about 10 years ago I was house and dog sitting for my mom when she was on a cruise. It ended up being the April 1st blizzard and when she called to check up on things I told her it had snowed about 2 feet and I needed to know where the key to her shed was to get the snowblower out.... She thought I WAS playing a April Fool Joke on her and never told me where the key was, I got so frustraited with her I just hung up the phone I shoveled a path out of the house and that was it. Surprise when she got home 2 days later to tons of snow everywhere!

QOTD: You know I never really seen anybody play an April's fools joke on anyone. At least not anything other than telling them something silly and then saying April fools. I think I need to try and come up with something good one of these times.

As for an update. I'm still stimming. They increased my dosage yesterday and I continue with that today and go for b/w on Wed. hopefully it will get things going on my right side and keep things going on the left. I was a little discouraged and my first u/s after starting stims. So hopefully those follies start growing.

Update on me - still on BCP's, start Lupron on 4/6 as you mention above - I also got a call from the nurse at my RE yesterday, I go in on Sunday for Lupron injection training. I am excited. It seems so weird to say that, but I feel like ..... in limbo on BCP's, Lupron means we are really moving forward.

Gotta say I am so happy to stop the BCP's soon. I had forgotten how much I despise them. I started them about two days after my last AF and started spotting again a week later. So annoying!

QOTD: When I was in high school I called my mom at work and told her I had been arrested and that she would have to come to the police station and post bail. She was not amused- at all.

Update: Just got the approvals for the insurance coverage I'm very lucky to have (MA resident) for IVF #2 so will start Lupron 4/6 with ER/ET at the end of the month.

Update: I go for my beta tomorrow.  I POAS yesterday at 6dp5dt and it was negative.  I'm going to POAS again tomorrow morning since I won't get my results back until Thursday when I'm getting on a plane to go to Florida.  I'm not very hopeful except for that I'm so tired I can barely move and I have a funky taste in my mouth... I think it's possible that I'm getting sick however...

April Fools: Last year my husband's favorite sports radio station said they were switching the morning and night shows and he came home so upset (like too upset for a normal person) because he just loves the morning guys and doesn't get to listen in the afternoon. ?I totally made fun of him when they announced the next day that it was a joke. ?WELL yesterday, my fave radio station was supposedly having a format change, which i assumed meant it was going back to smooth jazz, so i was sad....turns out it was turning into Brit 95.7..All Britney, All Day because Britney Spears was in town last night. ?And today it's back to normal. ?I'm such a dork and now he wont stop making fun of me. ?

Update: BFN on 3/30. Had my WTF today and we are switching to antagonist for IVF #3. (We would have done antagonist for #2 but for a research study I had to repeat MDL.) This will be our last shot before donor eggs. I'm fine with that.

I've got nothing for the QOTD.

 My IVF cycle has been cancelled so I'm no longer on Lupron. I'll be gearing up for a May retrieval and transfer soon. Turns out my ovaries are too sensitive and the BCP didn't suppress me like they were supposed to so I'll be on a progesterone pill, Aygestin, soon for about three weeks and then back on Lupron.
