Bedrest after ET?

Has anyone had to be on bedrest after their ET?  A friend of a friend who did 1 round of IVF had to be on bedrest for 3 days after hers.  Anyone else?

At my clinic for a 3dt they put you on bedrest for 5 days if its a 5dt your on bed rest for 3 days. I think thats right.. it might be 4days and 2 days... oh shoot I forget

I had an FET today. I was told to take it easy today (ie bedrest) then ease into normal activity tomorrow. I'm back to work for a 12 hour shift tomorrow.

My  RE says light activity for 48 hours (no bed rest, sedentary jobs OK). After that, resume normal activities.

I just got off my bedrest after ET for IVF #1--mine was 3 days including the ET day! I thought that was pretty standard orgers after ET....

My RE doesn't say "bedrest" but says to lay down, keep your feet up and take it really easy for 2 days, then ease back into regular activity.  I don't work, so I basically did modified bedrest for about a week (I got up to make dinner, eat, for appointments, etc.) then just avoided flights of stairs or other things that I thought might jar everything.

My RE said that bedrest has not shown to improve success rates at all so he said I could cartwheel out from the transfer if I wanted to.  (I didn't).  I took it easy for the rest of the day, but it definitely wasn't bed rest.  And we got a BFN.  So this time, I am putting myself on self-imposed bed rest for 2 days.
