Just make sure to rest the day of and at least one day after. Drink plenty of fluids. And... try not to worry if you don't get as many eggs as the lady in the next bed. Her's are not yours and vice versa. You never know what the quality is like until the next day anyway.
Most of all... keep positive, relax and good luck tomorrow!
TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!
Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!
Make sure you wear comfy, non restrictive clothing, like a tracksuit or yoga pants. You may feel bloated and you'll definitely be groggy. Have some ibuprofen ready. Make sure your husband is aware that you will need to be off your feet so he will need to take of you!
I wore comfy sweats and a sweatshirt. I also brought shoes that are easy to slip on. I made sure I had lots of water with electrolytes for after ER and some snacks. I went to work the next day and it wasn't bad at all, except that I couldn't focus on work so it was pointless even being there Good luck tomorrow!

Lining issues, pursuing adoption
If you even have an inkling that you might have a reaction to the anesthesia, make sure to tell them. I had only ever been put under once, for my wisdom teeth, and got really nauseous at the time but figured it was because of the specifics of that procedure (bloody, gauzy mouth etc.)
Fast forward to my ER for IVF#1 -- I was fine at the clinic and when I first got home, but as the evening progressed I was really dizzy and nauseous. I even vommited a couple of times (sorry for the TMI).
Anyways, I told my RE and they made sure to have the anesthesiologist give me something to counteract the nausea for ER#2, and it worked perfectly. I literally felt zero dizziness.
Re: My ER is tomorrow...Anything I should keep in mind?

Dress comfy, drink plenty of fluids, get plenty of rest! Make sure dh is home w/ you so you don't have to move around more than you have to.
