So I'm 10 DPO today and I'm dying to test. I know I need to wait but it is so hard. I'm tempted to go get some dollar store tests just so I can pee on something. I know that it could be negative but I can just say oh well I can test again tomorrow it may be positive and the odds of the test being positive this soon is low.  Ok ladies I need you to talk me off the ledge and to keep me from testing. I should be able to wait until this weekend when AF is due right???

Ugh the 2 ww is so tough.

Once you taste the POAS, you can't go back! But I don't see what the big deal is about NOT testing. I freakin' want to know! Let's just say that I have exactly enough sticks to test until my beta Monday, and I actually look forward to going to bed so I can wake up and POAS!

I was thinking about POAS this morning but I woke up in the middle of the night and needed to go at about 2 am. And all I could think was drat! if I go now I won't be able to POAS when I get up in 3 hours.  I have issues.

I may be too late it you've already POAS, but this is the chart that usually gets posted on GP to discourage early testing. On the other hand, if you don't mind seeing a BFN, why not pee. (I know, not helpful!)

I think you should at least try to wait until 12dpo. If you do go ahead and test, good luck!

I would maybe wait a couple days! I usually never test unless my pd is late which has only been ONCE!

Same here I have only been late once. I usually like to wait.....I don't like seeing the BFN.  Good luck to you!

I am a POAS addict too!  I usually test really early.  I don't mind the BFN so much, especially because you can comfort yourself with the stats.

I do want to know if I were to get a BFP early, even if it turned out to be a CP, because that's just more information to help the doctor!

My beta is on 3/30 also...so I am right there with you!!  It is so hard to resist...but don't do it...just wait!!  That's what I'm telling myself!

Thanks ladies. I'm going to try to hold out until 3/30 to test. I O'd late this time and that will be when my normal LP would end.

LOL! I just came back on to see if you POAS...because if you did then I was gonna!  The little deals I make with myself crack me up!!  Let us know if you decide to POAS early!

Add me to the list of POAS addicts!  I have no idea when AF is coming (post IUD removal) so I cant tell if I am having AF symptoms or PG symptoms.  So I have been testing every few days!  I tell myself that I will just use the last one in the box then I wont be tempted, but then the local Walgreens just calls me back in to buy more!!
