Is this how your little one is? So sleepy?

My little guy just SLEEPS all the time... I know he is only 13 days old and also three weeks early so there isnt much else he should be doing I guess but I just wanted to make sure its ok that he sleeps this much.  He wakes up ever 2-3 hours to BF and then ZONKS out again.  He is having a hard time feeding for more than 8-10 minutes because he passes out each time he feeds.  I try to keep him up and play with him but it is impossible to keep him awake for more than 15 minutes at most.

DD is doing the same thing, except for the past day it's been more like every hour and a half...joy!

DD does this too. She does stay awake for about 2 hrs at some point in the day. Usually it's at about 9p.

Yep.  DD slept a ton early on.  I remember thinking, "why does everyone say this is so hard, all she does is sleep!!"

I remember those days!

They sleep whenever and wherever they are.  Take advantage causon soon you will have to make him nap and he will want to be up at crazy times.  GL!
