Hi! I am one week into Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I know several of you have used or are using it. Motivate me please! Share your success stories here!
In my experience with the 30DS, I lost 10 inches and 14 pounds in the first month. I did the Shred, along with Weight Watchers. In the second month, I lost 3 more inches and 5 more pounds. I am in my 3rd month, but I am not doing the Shred consecutively, as I was in the first 2 months. I am mixing it up with other cardio and strength training.For instance, today I went running in my neighborhood for 30 minutes. I highly recommend Jillian's "No More Trouble Zones" as a way to add variety to your work out. Good luck and stick with it - it works and the results are awesome
Well, I don't have any huge success stories like the PP, but I was just starting the 30DS a couple of weeks ago before I dislocated my toe. I can still tell a difference in my arm strength and I lost 1/2 lb in just 2 days. I'm finally feeling up to starting again tomorrow, so I'll keep you posted!
I've been doing it for 2 weeks and haven't lost any weight (according to the scale), but I have noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit. I feel like there is more definition in my waist and thighs. The friend who first recommended it to me has been doing it for 5 weeks and has lost 15 lbs. One of DH's employees says she's lost 50 lbs over a years time using 30DS and another one of Jillian's videos.
Keep at it! It's hard, but that's how you know you'll get results!
