CC Front Loader Question

Hi Ladies, I just got my first order of CC and am about to get my new front loader tomorrow. I just realized I have no idea what to do with the powder! Do I dissolve it in water and put it through the dispenser or do I just throw the powder in the barrel with the clothes? Sorry if this is a dumb question but I have no idea!!

I asked the same thing of squeakytaco a few weeks ago - she suggested putting it in its powder form in the dispenser. The water filling the dispenser will dissolve it thoroughly. It's what I've been doing with it and it seems to be working!

Not a dumb question - I wondered the same thing for months before I finally asked.

I have a frontloader and for powders I take out the liquid dispensing box thing and place the powder where the plastic box used to be (I have an LG with a removable dispenser compartment and that's what the directions say).  Hope that makes sense!

my FL has a door in the dispenser that raises up for powder detergent and lowers for liquid detergent. I just put the powder in the dispenser.
