Well crap. Shingles exposure without chicken pox vaccine?

So I just found out my dad has the shingles.  He spent ALL weekend with the babies, including feeding Sloane with his hands.  I am hoping that they didn't get infected but their dr. said there is a chance.

Now we will spend the next 3 weeks watching them for symptoms.  Say your prayers that they don't catch the chicken pox!

My mom had shingles when my guys were tiny, and it gave me a heart attack, but they never came down with it. 

I will keep my fingers crossed for your guys as well.

I had the same issue about a month ago when my Grandfather came to visit and then found out he had shingles.  Luckily the boys didn't get anything from it.  Here is keeping my fingers crossed you get the same results.

I had shingles when I was pregnant with the twins.  My Dr. said the only way DS could get it was if he touched my sores directly.  I was freaking out because before I knew it was shingles my DS was rubbing cream on it for me (who knew it was shingles!)  Anyway, he never got it.  Hopefully they're ok!
