And #2 is only 2.5 months old!  It's really not "bad", but I'll look back at pics of Ian at this age and see that he was already doing this/that, and Max isn't.  Or that Max weighs X but Ian only weighed Y.  Or whatever.  I should stop this, hey??

it's normal but remember all kids are different

I did that for a long time.  At some point, it just stopped, but I can remember feeling really guilty anytime I compared them.

I love seeing how different they are.  I don't think noticing the differences is a bad thing, as long as it doesn't get negative.
