Re: pay oop for Zofran, come in..
At first, my insurance wouldn't pay for it. It was $63/pill. But when they realized that I was taking 6 a day, at a cost of well over a thousand dollars, my pharmacist got them to pay.
my ins only covers 12 a month which clearly is not going to help my vomiting 4-5 times a day. I've spoken with RE about it and he wasn't much help and basically said my m/s should be ending soon. (even though some women have it way into 2nd and 3rd tri). I'm going to have to order some more and pay oop unfortunately.

Zofran did nothing for me. I use phenergan (Sp) for me it was so much better. I have all day sicken, the whole time.
I hope it's not too late and you see this. Costco carries the ondansetron at a very reasonable price. No other pharmacies come even close. I think it's about $40 for 30 8mg pills. I'm not a MoM but I had severe hyperemesis and sadly know way too much about Zofran.
