Dumb BOTB ?

Can I take like Cold-Eze or any of those drops or drinks that are supposed to boost your immune system to help you avoid getting sick or lessen the effect of a cold?

I WOULD be drinking orange juice tonight for some Vitamin C but DH, who is apparently on his death bed, drank it all this afternoon, the _ass.?

    It's a lot of zinc.  If you take the recommended dose, it's more zinc than you need.  I would say no on that one.

    I did specifically ask about the Emergen-C packets that you can mix with H20 and my OB said it's not something he would take daily but to help with a cold, etc it was fine. Hope you feel better!

    Yeah my OB said no on the zinc too.
