I can say this....novarel gave me extreme nausea after I got the shot, while ovidrel didn't. If I had to choose, it would be ovidrel because it is nice having the pre-filled syringe.
The only differences I know of is ovidrel is prefilled and a sub Q shot while noverell is a mix your self butt shot. My old doctor prescribed me ovidrel for IUIs and Noverell for IVF, but my new doctor does ovidrel for IVF... So I am not convinced it really makes a difference.
