One of our Kolcraft baby gates broke soon after we got it- the handle/latch stopped locking- but it has a 2nd little latch on the bottom- and we were lazy and just used that instead since it was only between our living room and kitchen (not stairs or anything).... but this weekend- that little bottom latch snapped off.
I emailed them last night abuot it- this morning i had an email that they were sending out a replacement for both parts - no questions asked, no cost, etc.
