Im gonna be honest and say no. I was really good about taking them before with both boys, but this time around, not so much.

I was doing really well before the ms and all day nausea kicked in. Then I just knew that taking them would make the nausea worse, so I decided to start taking them before bed, but since that was not my routine I started forgetting. I haven't thrown up in three days and am hoping to get back in the routine now that ms is easing. But I do feel like a bad mom for forgetting.
