We had 2 years of IF trying to conceive #2 and one loss during that time. We are currently trying for #3! had another loss the end of June
i totally used to skip mine on purpose (they made me sick) but i would drink like half a gallon of OJ for the folic acid. then my dr. gave me the pnv's i am on now, and i take them every night, they are on my nightstand.
I do, my m/s is bad so the nurse told me to make sure I'm taking it. I mark it on the calander everyday so I can see if I've taken it yet or not.

at dinner every night. i think the burp taste i get afterwards is gross, but usually i fall asleep on the couch after dinner anyway, so it's not too awful.
i know i don't eat nearly as healthy as i'm supposed to (although i try), and i've been craving total junk/fast food. gotta do something healthy.
I started to after I was told I could take Flintstone vitamins rather than the evil ones that caused me to get sick. Taking a vitamin every day is a good thing, of course, but if you're eating healthy, don't beat yourself up if you forget them occasionally.
My sister is a neonatalogist (sp?) and this is one of the few things she has drilled into me. She made me start taking them before we even started trying. She told me that they are the most important before you even know you are pregnant.

the nasty burbs you get is due to the omega-3 being from a fish source vs. plant source. my doc told really advocated plant source omega-3 to avoid this and due to the chance (albeit slight) that you're getting extra mercury from fish source omega-3
If there is one thing that I remember each day, it's to take my pnv. There was one day that I couldn't remember if I took it or not, so I took another one just in case. ?
Yes, I take them in the morning when I brush my teeth.

I do. Every morning after my run. It's my little morning ritual.
But then again, I've been taking them for like a year and a half, so it's hard to forget now.

i do and if i forget DH shoves them down my throat.
esp. now while brains and spines etc are developing.

So, I got into the habit and take them everyday.
I've been taking them everyday since october... I think I stopped for a few days after the miscarriage, then my mom yelled at me, so I started again!
It helps to make them part of a routine. I take them, brush my teeth, take out my contacts, then hit the hay!

Ditto. I'm great about it during the week... but the change in routine on the weekend screws me up and I forget.

Definitely. I've been taking PNV consistently for a year now, & I added DHA after my BFP.
