White Pimple on Face

My DS has this little white pimple on his face that won't go away. When he was born, there were 3 in a row and I assumed it's baby acne. 2 went away early on but the third one is still there. Is this thing going to turn into a mole or is it acne? Any ideas? TIA (I will talk to my pedi but we don't see him until April and this doesn't seem like an emergency so I don't really want to call)

My DS had one that took about a month to go away.  It was very tempting to pop it, but I didn't...

DD had a few of these when she was born.  All but one went away the first day in the hospital.  The pedi told me what it was and I wish I could remember what she said.  All I remember is that she told me not to worry that it was normal and would go away on it's own eventually.  It took some time but did eventually go away.

DS has had a few of these since he was born.  I think the doctor called them calcium deposits or something.  I'd pop them, but they're right next to his eyes.  Now, he's getting little spots next to his chin and mouth.

It's not actually a pimple.  They are called melia (there may be 2 l's, I don't remember) and it's basically just dead skin cells trapped in a little pocket that looks like a pimple.  My son had two when he was born and they did go away on their own.  It is tempting to pop them, but don't.  They do go away!
