Shampoo/Conditioner for toddler?

My dd has extremely fine hair and it constantly gets knotted up. What should I use on her hair?? Right now I am just using Johnson's No Tears. No conditioner or anything..

    Johnsons makes a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner.  That's all we use for DD right now.

    We use California Baby Shampoo/body wash and the conditioner too.  No tears, works great.

    Loreal kids 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner. ?It's awesome, I don't ever need to use the detangler spray that I bought.
