They are carrots!!

We did our first finger food tonight. We diced up carrots.. They did so good...I have been so nervous with starting food, I am so scared they choke.?

hee hee, i had to laugh at your typo in the subject. i guess you meant, they ate carrots? hee hee! mine ate so many sweet potatoes and carrots that they turned orange, so i wouldn't be surprised to see babies turn into carrots. :P

Good for them!  I'm so nervous too about feeding them "un-pureed" food because my DD gags all the time even with mushed up baby food ( 

You know what my babies love that you might want to try are the apple crisps from Costco.  They melt in their mouth and they are 100% fruit!!
