I bought something the other day online from target.com. I noticed today it was on sale ($25 off). I looked a bit online and couldn't find anything about if they do price adjustments or not.
I have never gotten a price adjustment, but my sister has. I don't know about target.com though. In store, the policy is 2 weeks, I think. Maybe try going to the store this week.
Yay! I just called and they issued it to me! $26!!! I had ordered the rainforest swing 3 days ago, but noticed a ton of stuff went on sale this weekend. My lucky day!
Nice! I tried to do that at Meijer and she said they don't do adjustments anymore! So I handed her the receipt and the product and told her I wanted to return it. She did the price adjustment )
I work at the guest service desk at Target. You can get a price adjustment on any item that goes on sale (not clearence, with orange price stickers) within 14 days of the purchase date. So if you bought it this past Saturday, and it went on sale yesterday or next Sunday, you can take in the receipt the week that the item is on sale and get the adjustment.
Occasionally .com orders can be adjusted in store, but not all of the time. It sounds crazy, but they are two different divisions of the company, and the stores do their returns, but don't do anything else for them (instore orders or replacements). Hope that helps!
I know that the return policy can be frustrating for guests, and trust me when you work their it is just as frustrating when you can't help someone.
Re: Target - price adjustments?
I would call the store, but I doubt they will do anything about it.
