Am I a horrible person if I think my friend's baby is really, really not cute and hope to God our baby will be cuter... ? lol I feel like an a$$, but the kid just really does not photograph well at all!!! It's creepy.

I have one friend in particular who has a very sweet and lovable DD but she is not cute at all- she looks like a little alien and has not been cute since she was born. I keep it to myself but I am dying to know if my other friends who say "aww she's so cute" really think that... or are just saying it to be nice like I am!

Just horrible. Not really. Some babies really are kinda freaky looking, huh? What I wonder is, do parents of ugly babies secretly KNOW that their offspring are little trolls, or are they blinded by maternity/paternity?

haha I wonder that too!!! I mean, obviously they love her beyond words either way (as would any of us!) but I do wonder if they think it too. lol It's so bad though... I hope ours is cute!

Well my dad told me the other day that he doesn't like tell anyone they have a cute baby because he thinks they all look like old men until they hit about six months.

Haha, I wonder that too. Although, sometimes the cutest babies turn out not very looking when they get older, and vice versa!?

My niece looked like a 60 year old bald Italian man and half ape when she was born.

She is now 3 and beautiful. People stop on the street to comment how stunning she is. But, man, she was an UGLY baby. LOL

Of course some babies are goofy looking!! You have to be in denial if you don't agree. Not that they aren't sweet and precious, just less gerber-worthy

And, yes, parents are blinded by love.

NO... you are not a horrible person. Our friend just had a baby and it is FUUUU-GLEE!!! I joke with DH about how we're probably going to have an Uggers too because I talk trash about other babies all the time, haha! Sorry... ugly is ugly. There's no arguing it.
