There is that seamstress everybody raves about on the Knot - Margaret Oldfield I think her name is.  I know she makes wedding gowns I am sure she could turn your gown into a baptismal gown.  She did my wedding alterations and we thought she was pretty reasonable. 

I'll have to ask my mom and get her number for you to call her.  I would make sure to mention that you are from the Knot, she loved us girls
