Ok so I found a website that advertised the Valco tri mode twin for $479!!!! Amazing! So I jumped right on that and ordered it because it was no tax or shipping! I had been searching craigslist and Ebay for the last 3 months for one so I was SO excited to find this deal. ANyway, I ordered that on Saturday. I get a call today from the store saying they won't honor the price. I kinda figured it was a mistake, but still, it;s mot MY fault they listed it wrong. Anyway, I was so calm talking to her but I said "well that is just complete false advertisement" and she got ALL huffy and puffy with me and began to yell and talk down to me, and get this..... She HUNG UP ON ME!!!
I am SOOOO pissed. This is a small shop in WA. and she didn't even once offer to do anything to make up for completely wasting my time and then on top of it being completely rude to me!
I wrote out an email to send to the customer service, but I think she is the only one who will see it, I think she is the manager if not owner. Plus it probably isn't well written or very nice simply cause I am so stressed and pissed about it.
I just needed to vent about all that..... GRRRRRR! DOn't mess with a hormonal pregnant woman who just wants her stroller dang it!
