 Mary runs the foundation and she is fantastic. She can help you find a doctor (which you already have) but she can also give you a list of hotels in the area and lead you in ways to get help with insurance.  I know that is down the line, and all you are thinking of now are you little boys.  She sent me out a big book on TTTS, questions to ask at each appointment, and how to advocate for myself and the babies.  She will get back to you quickly.
