Leg swelling?

I've been to the ob about my right foot feeling tight and occassionally tingly, she says excess fluid and blood = swelling. I also feel it in my thigh..and she swears that's what it is but it's driving me nuts as well as freaking me out. Nothing looks swollen.  It's just my right side, where I also have carpal tunnel. She says it can be worse w/ twins. My blood pressure is excellent, only have gained 4 lbs etc so..I'm healthy. Just anxious. Any one else have this?

I swell but I swell on right and left sides. My sisters friend has something called lipodemia or maybe it isn't called that.. it's something around that but only one of legs will swell up but it is rather noticeable. If your doctor isn't worried then hopefully it is nothing!
