Stripes in the nursery?

If so, can you post pics?  We're planning on doing this bedding

and struggling with how to do them.  Our crib has high ends - so we're thinking of doing white chairrail at 50" (the crib ends are 48" high), doing one solid color on the top (either the green or light blue) - and strips at the bottom that match the colors in the bedding set (medium blue, brown, green & white).  Any suggestions or pointers on painting strips?

Just a suggestion... I'd do solid on the bottom and stripes on top.  You'll have to do touch-ups on the bottom as he gets older and it sure will be a time saver to only need one color!  We're doing chocolate brown on the bottom and either light green or blue on the top.  Good luck with the stripes!!  Make sure to buy lots of painting tape!

I think stripes might be too much with that bedding.

I might do something subtle, like thick stripes (tan/light blue) The whole length of the wall.
