How does it generally work? Someone told me that I'd get the sick & personal days I'd used during DS's hospitalizations and my maternity leave back, and that it was 70% of pay. It is retroactive to the day he was born. Anything else I need to know? It's looking like I might have to go on because DS is still in the hospital...Any reasons to try to NOT go on it?
