Long Term Disability

How does it generally work?  Someone told me that I'd get the sick & personal days I'd used during DS's hospitalizations and my maternity leave back, and that it was 70% of pay.  It is retroactive to the day he was born.  Anything else I need to know?  It's looking like I might have to go on because DS is still in the hospital...Any reasons to try to NOT go on it?

    it all depends on your company's policy. ?i would contact your HR rep to discuss.

    none of these options are available to me at my company. ??
