Yuck.  What we think is "healthy" based on what it's marketed as, is usually pretty gross.  Yuck.

That's really scary how much fat and calories are in restaurant food!  I actually have picked up that book in the store before and I really like how it gives you substitutions that are within the semi normal consumption range.
