Saw a BEAUTIFUL house today.

(It was the first on the pic list I posted the other night, not that anyone remembers.)

It's a bankruptcy sale, in a beautiful neighborhood.  It has a huge yard.  HUGE.  Each bedroom has it's own bathroom (I know, lots of bathrooms to keep clean).  Gorgeous hardwoods, and the master bed and bath are already painted the color I wanted.

We're going to see a few more this weekend and hopefully make a decision next week.  We're still dealing with the builder of the other house.  They told us the drywall would be started today.  I drove by, nothing.  No sign of life whatsoever.  They suck. 

This could mean the end of living with the ILs is in site.

Trust me, you don't want to clean anymore toilets than you have to.

I can't believe that your builder is so crappy. It is so slow here, you could have a great house up in 4 months tops. GOOD LUCK

I seriously want to move to your neck of the woods...that house sounds awesome!  I remember the pic...lovely brick exterior, right?
