I would think it's a wonderful feeling - because it won't last long. Last night I only slept a couple of hours from the heartburn and the Charlie horses in my legs. Some of my maternity tops are starting to get too small. Trust me, enjoy it because once that belly starts getting big, you will get a whole new group of symptoms.
Soak it in b/c it won't last long and you will be thinking back to this day sooner than you think.
As long as Doc says everything is fine, I wouldn't worry about it. I feel huge most days now--the fact it's hard to put on pants, get in and out the car, etc.
I think back to the pre-baby bump/smaller bump days now that my bump is more prominent.
Trust me, it will not last long. I didn't feel pregnant until about 16 weeks and now I am reminded of it every night with sciatic pain. Enjoy it for now.
That's completely normal and I think most of us have experienced it from time to time. When I started feeling better physically, the paranoia set in. As DH said, I correlated being sick with being pregnant. That's all passed now and I've gone from feeling pregnant to feeling really pregnant to feeling really, really pregnant. Think positive thoughts and be happy that everything is going well!

This happened to me as well - right around 10-15 weeks. It was the time between when I felt sick and when I started to show and noticed baby/belly growing. During that time, I felt like myself again, physically felt great, nausea/fatigue/general "ickiness" were gone, and I didn't really look/feel pregnant. I was paranoid about baby being okay, because I didn't feel pregnant anymore, and since I didn't look pregnant yet, I kept wondering if everything was okay.
Well, as PP's said, enjoy this time!!! It won't last long. I'm sure that everything is fine with baby, and in a few weeks, you'll have a growing bump that will constantly remind you that you're pregnant. (Not to mention the future symptoms... the next one you might experience is round ligament pain - that started at 17 weeks for me).
I've been feeling the same way for the past couple of weeks. I'm hoping my belly starts to grow soon so that I can at least see that things are ok! I don't go back to the dr until the end of the month, so I'm trying not to worry too much until then!
