Burnt plastic and freaking out!!

My husband tried to make bacon on a plastic plate in the microwave. I am 18 weeks pregnant and have a 11 month old. He burnt the plate/ bacon/ parchment paper SO bad. The whole house instantly smelt and I know myself and my baby definetly breathed some in. He throw the plate out onto the deck immediately and I took myself and the baby to the bedroom and closed the door. It still smelt in the room but not as bad. He opened the doors and windows and put fan on but it’s winter and then the house for freezing we had to close them…… will the fumes harm me or my unborn baby?? Or my 11 month old?? Help I am panicking!!!! 

My toddler is napping so I can’t even leave my house for the next 3 hours. My baby and I went to the basement to play but it’s still all I can smell
