Cramping and Diarrhea with no bleeding or vomiting?

Is mild to moderate cramping with no bleeding but being nauseas without vomiting but having diarrhea normal? This is my first pregnancy and I’m 4 weeks 1 day. I’ve noticed it is on and off and happens in the late afternoon-early evening over the past few days. All other signs and symptoms seem normal for this point in pregnancy. 

Should I be concerned? Could this just be hormones throwing my body out of whack and I’m freaking out about nothing or should I reach out to my primary care? I can’t get in with an OBGYN where I live until into the beginning of January.

Diarrhea is a pregnancy symptom. It can happen alongside nausea and vomiting or by itself. Could also be a mild stomach virus as early as you are. I know it’s going around right now.
