Unity NIPT - Gender Result Showing on Home Page?

I was told by my doctor that the gender result would be several clicks and that you have the option to email the result to someone without seeing it. However, I googled and Unity states that the gender result would be displayed on the Home Screen when logging in. Can someone share their experience? I’m anxious and keep checking to see if results are in but now I’m too anxious to check in case I ruin the surprise! We plan to do some kind of gender reveal so hoping it’s an option to send to someone and not have it revealed on the home page…

Also, my blood was taken on 12/17, the lab received my blood 12/19. I know they say up it can take up to two weeks to receive your results but curious what the timeline was for everyone else. We are so anxious!! Also hoping to know by Christmas! But I know the holidays could impact when we get results.

Hopefully you'll be having a living baby that's healthy, and the results will show that.  The sex of your child is not the be all/ end all.  Hopefully it will have one definitive sex.  You need to realize how lucky you are that THIS is what you're freaking out about, take a step back, and realize that 'accidentally' realizing your child's sex before YOU really wanted to is something some of us would murder to experience...

  • You could simply have a close friend or relative look for you. Whoever you plan to prepare everything for the gender reveal. That way you can make sure you don’t actually see the results.

I have done a gender blood test once before (not this particular one) and the results weren’t a click away.
