Perioral dermatitis

I had very little skin problems during my first pregnancy, then horrible perioral dermatitis with my second and then now I’m having it again with my third. 

I have had 2 girls and we were planning on keeping this 3rd baby a surprise. I can’t help but assume it’s another girl based off the breakout on my face. 

Has anyone else experienced this during pregnancy and did you have a boy or girl?

A breakout on your face cannot determine the sex of your kiddo. Best wishes to you!

I’m a first time momma with a boy and last night a rash around the corners of my mouth appeared. I haven’t changed my skin care and it happened randomly late in my first trimester too 😅
